2 A is exactly like B
- exactly like the one already mentioned: the same (as sb/sth), the same that ※€¦, identical (to/with sb/sth)
Yesterday I was stopped by a policeman and asked to produce my licence, and the same thing happened again today. That car's the same as ours (= the same model).
This computer is identical to the one I had before.
- to be the same as: correspond (with sth)
